Where do I buy club kit?

What is a club shop window?

A club shop window is a set ordering period when club kit is made available for club members to purchase, with a clear deadline for placing orders. Once the deadline has passed, all kit is ordered and will take approximately six weeks to arrive.

If you have selected collection, you will be notified when your kit is ready. If you have chosen delivery, your order will be despatched using the service you requested and you will receive tracking updates.

What items are available in the club kit shop?

Are all shop items compulsory?

No. Only the required training and match kit is compulsory where relevant. Lifestyle items and extras, such as hoodies, jackets and bags, are optional.

How do I know which size to order?

Use the supplier’s size guide before ordering; there is a link on every product. If in doubt, call into the Netball UK shop to try items on. Opening hours are shown above.

Can I return or exchange kit?

Returns and exchanges are not allowed as these items are made to order via the shop window. We recommend trying items before ordering, or asking a teammate if they are able to swap.

When should I order new kit?

Please order before the club shop window deadline. Once the deadline has passed, the club kit order is placed and the expected lead time is approximately six weeks.
