SKINS Women's Series 3 Travel and Recovery Tights provides a medium level of compression to match the target activities of SERIES-3. This garment should be worn for 3-5 hours post training or competition.

This garment accelerates recovery by assisting in the flushing of the muscles, reducing the negative effects of lactic acid and promoting the increase flow of blood to remove any damage done. This in turn reduces any negative effects of delayed muscle soreness (DOMS) which means you feel better sooner, recover faster and are physically and mentally ready to train and compete.
